We consider the entrance area (lobby) to be the heart of the building. It is the space that almost every employee and visitor passes through on a daily basis.

Ideal for pop-up events, art exhibitions, presentations of your brand and smaller networking events.

Green atrium Apollo Nivy

The exterior spaces are versatile and lend themselves to a variety of events, from small street food festivals, to dance classes, sports activities, clothing swaps and various markets, creating a lively and engaging atmosphere.

Basic amenities for the outdoor spaces include electrical hook-ups and the cleaning up of the space after the event.

Underground garage

Our underground garages are also available for rent and can be used for industrial photo shoots, films and music shoots.
